Protocol for IVF & FET:

FET #1 (2008)

Sept 1st - Start Estrogen Injections (1/2 cc)
End of Sept - Go in for U/S - lining looks perfect!
October 1st - FET (Frozen Embryo Transfer)
Start PIO (1 cc) + Estrogen (1/2 cc)
October 2nd-3rd (Bedrest)
October 10th - Pregnancy Bloodtest (BFN)

IVF#1 (2008)

March 9th - Started birth control
April 9th - Start Lupron injections (10 units)
April 13th - End birth control/continue Lupron
April 17th - Ultrasound and Bloodwork
April 19th - Continue Lupron & add Follistim (300 iu)
April 22nd - Bloodwork/up Follistim to 450 iu
April 25th - Ultrasound & Bloodwork
*continue Follistim (450 iu) & Lupron (10 units)*
April 27th - Ultrasound & Bloodwork
*continue Follistim & Lupron - add Menopur (75 iu)*
April 28th - Ultrasound & Bloodwork
*continue Follistim, Lupron & Menopur*
April 29th - Trigger shot
May 1st - Egg Retrieval
May 2nd - Begin PIO injection
May 4th - Day 3 transfer - start Estrogen patches and continue PIO injections
May 15h - Pregnancy Bloodtest (BFN)
