Feels like Fall...

Although the first official day of Autumn isn't until September 22nd, I stepped outside today and there it was...70 degrees, hitting me in the face. It made me smile!

I know it sounds stupid but as soon as fall approaches and the weather actually feels like it, it makes me start thinking about Christmas! I love Thanksgiving but my favorite time of year is most definitely Christmas. Just ask Alex...he knows that if the weather stays like this for any amount of time, I will be pulling out the Bing Crosby Christmas cd's and the music won't stop until December 26th. LOL!

So as I sit here, sipping by decaf coffee (I'm trying to be a good girl during this FET), I'm a little sad that we will miss the Razorback game (We leave at 4am for Florida) but for all of those that are going to the game...I hope this weather sticks around for you to enjoy tomorrow! GO HOGS!!!

I was seriously going to comment on your blog to see if you were alive and well since you've been rather silent lately... glad to hear great things are in store!! Hope you have a fun vacation.

You aren't alone. Althought I've already listened to a Christmas song or two. :)

That's a beautiful picture. I'm eager for fall and comfort food, cooler nights, and the holidays. However, we'll have to wait for cooler days probably until November. Southern California usually has its hottest days during September and October.

Before I was married, the end of the year was always hard for me. But now that I can share it all with Michael, I'm excited for the coming months.

Don't you worry -- I've already got a pile of presents started in the spare room and am sending off a Christmas needlepoint project tomorrow to be finished! You are not alone :)

I feel the exact same way about the weather. I left this morning and it was a crisp 67 degrees. It makes me smile and look forward to fall, football, and the holidays just around the corner! Have a good time in Florida!

William & I love Christmas as well! We love it so much that we wanted to get married the weekend before it!

I hope you have a safe trip. You guys will be in our prayers both with traveling and with all the fertility stuff heating up again!

Oh and your nephew is ADORABLE! I truly believe that neices & nephews are blessings and they bring such joy to life! We have eight nieces & nephews and one on the way!! And they are wonderful!

What a beautiful fall pic...I love fall too, but not quite the same way that I love spring...I think I have a deep-seated fear of winter that makes my love of fall kind of bittersweet. :)
Thanks so much for dropping by to check on me. :) I am doing okay, just suffering from a lot of nausea and trouble eating. I'm still with my parents for one more week and am totally loving the TLC I'm getting from them! I'll be going back next week and have my u/s the day after I arrive...I am going crazy waiting for it and trying to stay as positive as possible.
Thanks again for checking up on me, I really appreciate it. :) I'll be updating my blog after next week's u/s. :)
