What I'd Like For You To Know...

Shannon at rocks in my dryer put out a wonderful article in her "What I'd Like For You To Know" series.

I had tears running down my cheeks while reading this article. So many of the things GiBee wrote about, I could relate. It also allowed me to see how I can support others going through the same thing.

Thanks for the link, Andrea!

Wow! Thanks, Jill. This is a phenomenal article. I love the version of Phillipians 6-7 she quoted in her blog. The minister that married us sent me the same verse recently, but I love this particular translation. I've already printed it to hang in our bathroom! :)

What a God-send! Thanks for sharing the article - I think this verse was meant to find its way to me once again!

I saw that the other day. It's a good one.

I'm feeling much better, thanks for asking. I need your email so I can answer your sweet questions without cluttering up your comments section.

Hi Jill,
Thanks for your comment on my "Tahoe" blog. Thats funny, I have come to find out that a lot of people can't whistle and that makes me feel good :)
If you feel like checking out my main blog, shoot me an email to

Sounds like you have started an IVF cycle. I think I'm a bit behind on my blogs. What day are you on? You will be in my daily prayers.

Ok I'm going to bookmark this so I can find it again when I find time to read... it's that type of week again. But I did want to tank you for the comments and the tips. I'll definitely love to have any tips you have, so please send them along.
For the weight loss - I've been using slim fast (or the costco equivalent) for a shake at breakfast and lunch, then a snack of humus and pita chips for lunch, and normal dinner. I might have something sweet once a day (and definitely wasn't good this weekend), and I've been trying to walk 2+ miles a day and do sit ups and weights in front of the TV at night. Good luck!! Let me know if you want more specifics.

Great link and great article! How is your mom in law doing? Did she have her surgery? I have kept her in my prayers and I hope that things are going okay. I like the strawberry shortcake bandaids - but I hope that there's not too much more need for them in the future. Hope you had a good weekend - do anything fun? Happy Monday to you sweetie!

Jill,
I just got through most of your blog. Wow, what a journey. I'm hopeful for you in this next cycle and will pray that God will chose this cycle to be 'the one'!
Also, my husband and I are a part of a church plant out in Southern California. Are you guys affiliated with the journey church in New York? Very cool! Good luck!
