Bagels....mmmm!

Alex had men's bible study last night, so I was on my own for dinner. Instead of ordering take-out, I decided to make this yummy bagel that Emily shared with me.

Toasted wheat bagel, cream cheese, slice of tomato, sliced avacado, sprinkled with lemon pepper. If you like tomato and avacado, you should try it. I fixed a cup of tomato soup to have with it on the side.

YUM-O!!!

Love to all,

Jill

Okay, that looks too good to pass up. I'll be buying some bagels and avocado tomorrow.

While this doesn't look real appealing to me, :) I think my hubby would really like this. I might have to make him some.

YUMMMMMM! That is right up my ally!

At our local bagel shop, I often get an everything bagel (has all kinds of stuff on it), with smoked turkey breast, avacado, bacon, and mayo. Very good!

They often have great soups, and Tomato is always at the top of my list. Although my new favorite Tomato Soup is at Panera. They have Asiago Cheese croutons on them!
